Detailed Description
The negative pressure airflow generated by the fan enters the settling device through the inlet of the dust collector. After the dust particles collide with the guide plate, the larger particles first settle. The filtering diagram of the mixed dust containing fine dust is completed in the dust removal room through the separation effect of the filter element. When dust passes through the filter element, it is blocked by the filter element on its surface. When the blocked smoke and dust continuously deposit on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter element also increases. When the pressure difference reaches the pre-set value, the electromagnetic valve that controls the compressed air is opened, allowing the compressed air inside the air bag to come out through the nozzle hole and induce several times the amount of primary air through the Venturi tube, instantly spraying the inner surface of the filter element, causing the dust particles deposited on the filter element to detach from the surface of the filter element and fall into the ash bucket under the action of high-pressure airflow, so that the entire surface of the filter element is cleaned.
